To maximize the space available under these bunk beds, we've put in two drawers for clothes and toys. They're easy to open: mounted on unidirectional casters. The drawers have cut-out handles, so your kids don't get hurt when they climb out of bed.

We recommend the use of a mattress less than 7?" thick. As a safety measure, children less than 6 years old shouldn't sleep in the top bunk
